I am a Leadership Coach and Consultant partnering with leaders in their journey of self-awareness,  growth, and search for their unique leadership style.

 

Helping business leaders realize their potential and maximize their empathy and inclusiveness. Leaders set the tone for organizational culture. Empathic leaders will create human-centered organizational cultures that drive better outcomes and financial results. We all win when companies become more human.

 

What we do

Positively impact employees' well-being by helping leaders at all levels realize their potential and maximize their empathy and inclusiveness. Leaders set the tone for organizational culture. Empathic leaders will create human-centered cultures. We all win when companies become more human. 

Ranging from 6 to 12 months focused on helping leaders create awareness of their leadership style and impact on others. Programs are tailored based on participant’s goals and needs. 

Helping new managers or managers who are new to a team learn the basics and shorten the time it usually takes to go through the stages of team development   

 

I partner with organizations looking to scale their business, assess their current HR practices, and develop strategies to create engaging cultures, and hire and retain outstanding talent.
